I use an application where a dbf file must be opened exclusively.

Normally I have no problem opening files exclusively. But in this

particular case there is a different behaviour when the application is build

as an exe. Debugging the executable in the development environment shows

that the dbf is opened in read only mode. Doing the same, without building

the application and debugging in the project opens the dbf exclusively.
