You may joke on Breathalysers but its heading that way. From July, in France

you must carry two of them in the car. And it's rumoured that cars that

won't start unless you pass a test are being discussed. I don't get that as

a mate can do that for you.

I think Spain may follow with carrying them but I'm not sure about the UK.

Pete - I gotta say - what you wrote really DID sound good. Heck - what

should be added to the mix is that EVERY Car with this new control system -

should also have a built in Breathalizer - so that people should be tested

before they start driving. Like - if the car even senses a HINT of Alcohol

in the Air - it should refuse to move unless you do the breathalyzer test!!!
