I've noticed things like that too. Seems that admin is not admin.

It isn't only users who have permissions problems - on my own laptop

(Win7 Home Prem) I run as Admin (OK mea culpa) but I *intermittently* get

denied access to C:\Users\Me\My Documents | My Pictures | etc.
