I had the same problem with VPN. Just one PC. I could not connect to it,

from it , in or out the bath. Turned out it was screwed. I don't know why.

No virus. I also had problems with weather apps not doing anything. Store

not working right and sitting there saying downloading and not doing so. I

ran something after searching for weather app not working and it cleared up

the remote desktop problem. And once the weather app worked. Just once never

again. Bloody Microsoft are getting thing very wrong now. Skype has gone

potty too.

I think it was sfc /scannow but make sure you run it from command prompt
