You do not understand. Just because those particular documents were a

blatant fraud it does not mean that they did not say what the real documents

did. Rather knew that, so he made new documents to say what the original

documents would have said if he could have found them.

It was perfectly rational to Rather.

Liberal media ran with it anyway. This Birth Certificate is surely a fake

based on the hospital name, the green grid background, and other factors,
