Dave & Tom,

You can create a shortcut to the VFP.EXE with a -C "{path}\config.fpw"

I use this and have a "Command" line that will launch the command I have

there. I usually have a StartUp.prg that I launch with it.

COMMAND=DO ProjectStartUp.prg
