I already have several time answer this. I have use ITL2 for MAOC, then Valentina was ported to Win,
there quite different system. they also have some numbers, but in docs all I have found great list of pairs, to get then final number it needs to use C++ macro.
How normal user can get correct number I still do not know.
I want run around all this putting hands more deeply into this and a) using instead of numbers -- strings "French" b) using own tables to do upper, lower, win<->mac transfer and so on. c) ...
