Well, V4RB b15/b16 had several VVarchar indexing bug fixes which I would
assume made it to V4MD b15, which is working well for me.
I did dome little speed tests on my Director bits. I have lots of
beginSprite setup searches (perhaps 20-50 on a single frame). Each search
takes only 1-2 milliseconds, so the whole lot gets done in about 1/50th of a
second... After all that, Director then takes about 3-5 sec to format the
text into the fields - doh!
