M$ owns Trend don't they? Lots of money to pay lots of lawyers. Crush the competition. Easier than coming up with a good product.
I have AVG server edition - works ok as far as I know. Not that expensive.

Barracuda has a set of firewall products that use ClamAV. They're currently being sued for that by Trend Micro, who claims that infringes on a patent of theirs.
So, other people think it's a good idea :)
