A guy phoned into LBC radio this morning who said that parking tickets don't apply if your car's broken down. Apparently he drives a most unreliable motor that breaks down all the time LOL! All you need is a receipt from 'Graham's Rescue Service' showing that they towed your car :-)
Not that I give a damn - I don't own a car...
