My brother bought something on e-bay. He sent a money order to the seller.
The item came and was not as advertised. The seller agreed to give my
brother his money back, but the seller wanted to refund the money through
Paypal. Is this legit?
My brother has a paypal account he hasn't used in years. In order for the
refund to come through paypal, he needs to give the seller his paypal
account. How does he find his paypal account name?
