I'm very sure that link describes many people on this list. Regarding the first item - "Cast a jaded eye on emerging technology..." - I doubt most of the MS-heads on this list have even looked at Linux and the tools available for it. So that's dead on.
But then around item 7 I think they writer of this satirical piece lost his marbles - "Don't let vendors set the technology timetable..." - what the ...? Is this guy a total babbling idiot? Why would you EVER let a vendor set the timetable of upgrades for your business? It is a fact that, today, those who are entrenched in MS junk are subservient to MS's whims regarding upgrades. But THAT is the STUPID approach not the smart one. Your business does not exist to satisfy MS's needs (sorry, I know I stepped on some MS-head toes there).
