Bill didn't make this stuff up, he learned it from IBM.
The first computer I ever worked on for pay was a freebie, obsolete IBM709 given to the Univ. of Fla in the early 60s to hook them into the IBM way...
And Tom Watson learned if from drug dealers over the centuries...
