Log:
Removed the openfox library. Originally, I had the notion that we'd want to
implement foxpro in Python, so I created the openfox project to do this. When
we started working on Dabo, I thought it would be nice to harness the openfox
work. However, openfox never went anywhere and none of our code uses any of
the functions in openfox, so I'm taking the opportunity to remove it now,
especially since it is keeping svn from working properly while my personal
svn.paulmcnett.com set of repositories are still offline.
This should fix the subversion problems for Dabo.
