I think we need to revisit what we do for sub-point releases.
Paul feels that any new behaviors need to be introduced only in
point releases. I think that each release, whether point or sub-
point, should be the latest and greatest.
Any feelings either way? It would be helpful to hear what the rest
of you think is reasonable.
