Easiest thing to do is to set up a cron job to do it for you every night......

I don't believe you can import either. Basically, the repository is
set up in such a way that it only supports read operations without a
user login. You should only get a user/pass for commits if you are
actually planning on submitting code.

Again this only applies if you are mucking with the Framework code.
If you are just using it as a library then you shouldn't need to touch
it.
