SS is a CYA slash version control system. You are talking about oranges (specifications/documentation) and your in the cleaning isle of the store.
Sorry but a listing of Mission Statements per GUI would be a minimum to have to start what your talking about. Unless you have open season on billing then who needs those pesky files anyway.
That being said, they reduce their payments to you if you have a blueprint or a plan. Without one they are throwing a lot of dollars down the lazy stupid chute.
