Ultra Mobile PC's(UMPC)? Yes, they're nice-- I've tried a few that my boss got for prototyping, and I think we've sold a few. I love them mostly because it means we can leave our PocketPC solution by the wayside and not have to deal with the flakey pocketPC OS anymore. :-)
The UMPC's are heavy for their size, but generally I like them. Our application is Restaurant POS, so when a customer really wants waitresses to carry around a mobile terminal, this is our solution now(formerly pocketPC's using terminal services with some customized code I used to remove borders, scale properly, etc.).
