Based on the discussion on the mailing list about the intent with the
AppWizard and other things, I added a list of suggest content for the
wiki to <http://dabodev.com/wiki/ContributeToDabo>.

from scratch: even if nobody ever does that in the real world anymore
because of various builders/wizards, it would show the process of
