Hi Guys,
We are thinking about moving from our analogue telephone system, to roll it up into VOIP <eek>.
The idea is that we roll our 2 analogue lines into out network for incoming calls thus keeping these numbers that are well known. Somehow, using Asterisk or otherwise, we VOIP phones on all the desks that can answer any incoming analogue calls but make outgoing calls via VOIP.
That\'s fairly simple, but to through a spanner into the works, a couple of us have pocket pcs that can run VOIP software and can connect over 3G or WiFi networks. What would be nice if these can connect to our gateway and thus act like they are at the desk, thus allowing for incoming calls to be transferred to them?
Possible or world of pain?
Cheers
