Well - there *IS* a stupid tool - it resides inside o Enterprise Manager.
You got EM loaded up properly and can run it from your workstation OR the
server ?
Click on a database to select it
Then right click on it - look for 'GENERATE SQL SCRIPT'
Crickey - now I feel stupid - thats not the right thing to call it.
But - there is an option to script out the database in its entirety -
and it IS a right-clicky thing.
