Have you ever read the packaging instructions on most Software?
1. You can't return it once it has been opened
2. You can't returned it if you reject the EULA......because it has already
been opened..

A bit like buying a new 2 tonne car with a 500cc engine in it on the basis
that it will run OK, then, after having signed the deal and paid for it the
salesman tells you it is no godd for purpose and tries to sell you an engine
replacement it before you've left the showroom.
