That happened to me at EDS when I was being required to be on site 5 days a week. The work environment where I am is way too quiet for me. It has been like I would drive 90 minutes so I could sit in a cubicle and barely talk to anyone, then drive 90 minutes to go back home again. Lets just say that is INFURIATING!
Since I've been telecommuting part of the week, it has been easier for me to get my conversation time in at home again.
I think my long commute was cutting into my home life so badly that I was trying to re-create part of it at work. That's a useless activity to say the least.
