I found it interesting how religious people are so quick to point to
quick and dirty studies that show some benefit to prayer, and once a
group takes the time to do an accurate and well-documented study that
doesn't support their claims, they fall strangely silent.
Go ahead and pray for your mom. I'm sure it made you feel better to
do so.
