He didn't talk about where the planes were made, just as it wouldn't matter where a nuclear bomb was made. They had planes, therefore they had wmds.

Huh? I was under the impression the planes, (WMD), were U.S. planes. Unless those planes were made in Iraq, I don't follow your reasoning.
