I've noticed similar 'behavior' in the Add/Remove programs. You where
the link tells you how often a particular program has been run? I'm
always fascinated to see what is listed as 'Rarely' or 'Frequently', as
it doesn't jive with reality much.
Reminds me of the

in the Copy Files dialog.
