Nope...I build and run it in VFP9 in my c:\dev\remmey\ltp folder just fine; however, when calling it from the Windows-Start-Run option for c:\dev\remmey\ltp\MyApp.exe, that's when I get the message.
With my Inno script--I am putting the files into the {app} folder now, but I think when I uninstalled it, it crapped it out.
UPDATE: After copying the runtimes into the c:\dev\remmey\ltp folder, I've got it working again. Lesson learned: learn from the experienced, not necessarily the M$ suggested way of doing things. <g>
