I'm not a legal expert, so I won't touch #2.
On #1 and #3....this reminds me of a scene from the original MASH movie.
Frank Burns goes into one of his celebrations of holiness.
Hawkeye looks at Duke Forrester and asks, "Ever see this syndrome before,
babe?"
Duke shakes his head and responds, "Not in anyone beyond the age of eight
years old I haven't". <vbg>
