Let's assume that it's just going to be recompiled, with no changes. First, consider that it was compiled with a compiler version that's quite a bit older than what is being used now. Might compile fine, might not, won't know until it's tried. Whoops, where did the original build machines go? Don't have them (they were, after all, five or six years old)? Let's hope the build environment can be recreated, and that doesn't just mean hitting F5 in VC++ '97. And so on, and so on...
Now that simply building it is all debugged, let's add some changes. Can't make changes w/o regression testing. Where *did* all those ODBC tests go?
Getting the idea? Not hard, but it could be time-consuming.

Probably anything that hasn't been touched in a while. Certainly not impossible, but is it the best use of the few remaining dev/test resources of the VFP team? Is the ROI there? Umm, probably not.
