I'll do a teeny bit of your reactionary right homework for you, but after that you're on your own. The fact is that there is quite a selection of right-wing conservative women judges available. You would like to believe there isn't one because of your bias, but that does not make your belief true.
These are the two most recent right-wing conservative women that were first blocked and now confirmed as federal appellate court judges:
- Janice Rogers Brown - Priscilla Owen
Search on those two names and others pop up. You can also see some of the names of other women that were already on the federal bench at the time these two women were blocked. They've now got records as long or longer than Roberts.
There's plenty of women to choose from on both sides of the aisle, all along the political spectrum. Plenty.
