Looking at the specs it does say 4 gig database. Im sure Andy said
otherwise but cant argue with the specs.
One thing Im not happy about which will forgo me using it is the
requirement for users to sign an agreement even though its supposed to
be free.

Dave, from the same server you have have unlimited # of db's, so worst
case could be a 4 gig table/index combination in conjustion with where
your keeping the log file. It's clearly a win over the 2 gig limit to
the individual fox file. Yes you can even have a table for a text data
type column (memo) with a fkey to it's mother table.
