I don't think anyone has been able to hold President Bush, and his Administration, accountable for anything yet, including the intelligences failure that provided a false rational for the war with Iraq. Once the truth of any failure is brought to light, the finger pointing begins, those in position of leadership over the organization that produced the failure are promoted, the doctrine of plausible deniablity is invoked, and nobody is punished. I've never seen anything
