Time and billing programs are all over the place, and I have written
some for clients and one for myself. I finally gave up and went to the
dark side a few years ago. Now I am simply using the QuickBooks Pro
software for my own billing. They have more reports and better options
for the invoices than I felt like programming for myself. It is just
basic laziness on my part. :-)
