Hi Leland!
Just guessing, but I think the health care will come piecemeal. A little
more on Medicare, a little more on Medicaid, a little deduction for
health insurance, a little higher limit on health savings accounts. I
also think it will come before we get any real change in Social Security.
Just guessing.
