Hi Stephen!
It is the unsafe sex lifestyle. Multiple partners, risky activities and
no protection. A lot of them just don't get it.
Some tribal groups have used anal sex as birth control for generations.
This causes a lot of blood-to-blood contact. It doesn't actually work
that well as birth control, plenty of the women get pregnant from the
spillover.
Mix the back door style with promiscuity, oh man, death city.
