That's alright for boy racers <g>, not so good if you want to go
shopping or have a family to cart round. I've got a citroen Xsara 2.0
HDI and it has great economy (44 mpg) and is well fast enough for me.
It has low fuel emissions (154 g/km) and was cheap to buy (under
£14,000), so I don't get stung for company car tax/fuel too much. It is

a hatchback, so I can put the back seats down for loading large items
and has 4 doors for the family.

Who needs handling going up and down the M62 every day? :-D
