I believe XFRX (www.eqeus.com) provides these capabilities. There's a
free eval version if you want to check it out. Also provides PDF, ZIP,
and SMTP based email distribution options among other features. What's
nice about XFRX vs. Crystal is that the runtime is about 1/20th the size
and is only 2 or 3 standalone files that don't need to be registered -
even for PDF output.
