What is better in those .NET versions is that your function can have multiple versions, allowing you different overloads. =20
In SQL Server you can't name an index the same as any other like Pkey. =20
Is it a bug? No, it's a methodology. VFP has too my legacy that it has = to tote around ie. FoxBase, FoxPro(1,2,2.5,2.6) FPW, VFP(3,5,6,7,8,9) that = it allows you to screw up when in all contemporary environments your = protected.
