I don't know why they stopped including that. I think they stopped that
with VFP 43 or 5. In any case, it's not in 6 or I would have used it.
I might check to see if the have a license for an old version of VFP
around here somewhere, but that might end up being a fairly involved
process.....
What's funny is that it still ships with HexEdit...... I used Icon Edit
much more than Hex Edit (although that's a cool tool as well) and was
bummed when they dropped Icon Edit.

If you have VFP 5 or 6 (??) you have IconEdit which seems to meet all
of your criteria.
