You mean the firewall? If so then here it is, If not... well sorry. :-)

Right mouse click on "My Network Places" from the Desktop and go to
properties. Open up the Network connection you are using for your local
network and on the General Tab select the properties button. Select
the Advanced Tab on the Connection Properties dialog and the Firewall
options should be there.
