"Pooh-pooh" was you word. If I thought there was anything new in what you had to say I might have responded. From your writings it was clear you did not believe a victory for the Bush policy was possible or desirable as it would serve to keep those people in office since they were proven right.
Would it kill you to admit that something good went on over in Iraq or are you so conditioned by the negative press to interpret things in the worst possible terms?
As far as some of the points you bring up... I heard it all 35-40 years ago, we tried it and it didn't work. Now let the people with vision do their jobs without the constant carping. Whatever happened to the concept of 'loyal opposition'?
The respectable thing, if you really believe the system can work, is to do what you can to get someone like Hillary elected in 2008. I won't agree with you, but I'll respect your position.

Well, that's informative!

So, you can't think of a single thing to respond to what I actually did say, so you'll invent something that I didn't say, or even think? How about you point me to a single word I've ever said that even remotely resembles wanting people killed, or a 'blood bath' as you call it?
In fact, the only action that I've called for at all is the jailing of the people who made that invasion happen, after a fair trial of course.
>And you think we conservatives are cynical!
Another word that didn't come from me. Try something more accurate, like misguided.
