I keep runtimes, a generic user manual, and an administrator's manual
(including configuration) on my site. When customers add a new
workstation, they can install the appropriate runtimes directly from
the site, create a shortcut, and sometimes a config.fpw (if the IT guys
f-up the paths).

Configuration Guide tells them how.

If my consulting business was more active, I might add a forum. I have
one on my personal site.
