Curious how the rest of you are supporting your customers via your websites?
Anyone (besides Ed) doing the following via their website?
- bug tracking database (can customers update or readonly?) - forum or chat - mailing list (like Profox) - wiki - FAQ - product upgrades - flash based training tutorials - polls - blog (directly related to your product or services) - hosting backend webservices for customers (what?) - online user manuals - online ordering of products or services
I'm interested in hearing which of the above capabilities provides the biggest return on your investment.
Also interested in hearing which of the above you tried and gave up on.
