Uh, what if I can't stand up to take the test cuz I drank too much? Do I
pass the test cuz I didn't fall down?

Seriously, friends, have a safe celebration. If one has to ask if he/she
had too much to drink to safely drive, then that person had too much to
drive. If one fears asking if he/she had too much to drive, same goes.
Like Michael said, "Get a cab."
