the obvious answer is to use the live data on the website. The trick is to put it somewhere where your main app and the website can get at it but scallies on the internet can't. We have done it with Oracle, but I don't know all the details - something about a [VB] dcom proxy on a dedicated server in the dmz with pinholes through both firewalls - - anyone?
