If I remember correctly, you are running a Windows server? Is it fully
service packed?
Do you do a lot of FTP? Perhaps someone grabbed your user name and
password from your FTP stream (they're sent in clear text?) and tried
using them to login as an admin? (assuming you used the same account
name and password)
