Hi Chet!
There are a couple of reasons why we are hesitating. For one thing, the
rationing and waiting is a great problem in national plans, unless you
give it unlimited funding which I'm sure you realize will never happen.
Then, of course, what an opportunity to annoy the Ds . . .
