I switched one year ago from a firm that cost me $150/mo to Lunarpages. I
did not ask them to move my files. They just one day decided to move them
out of the blue and NOTIFIED me that they were doing it.

I did not have time to make a fresh backup, and the one I have is out of
date.

What I did was restore the FrontPage extensions to my web site, and now I am
copying the whole thing back down to my workstation. Once I tweak it so that
it works correctly, I'll re-publish back to their server. It should be fine
at that point.

My point in this is that they should not just go move files if they're not
going to allow me enough advance warning to make a fresh backup. And, if
they are going to take it upon themselves to mess with my site they should
do it correctly. Barring that, if they DO mess it up they should not behave
as if I'm the one with the problem.
