I know I'm probably going to get a virtual slap for suggesting this.....
But do they have a backup you could pull the originals from and simply
reinstall?
On a side note. If any company but a software related company did
something like this, people would demand money back and compensation to fix
the problem.
Where the hell did we miss that for software/computer related
companies. This idea of "it's software...shit happens"..is really
starting to get me pissed off.
Hope you get it all fixed up. The puppies are always great to look at........
