AJ,
You need to use the Setall(...) method on the grid and disable all the
columns in a row depending upon whether the dictor has a schedule or
not.
Email me with some sample tables and how you have them linked together
and I'll knock you up an example like last time.

I have a grid with a checkbox control in it. This grids recordsource is
coming from a list of doctors.
I want to display all the doctors all of the time. The thing is if the
doctor does not have a schedule for the selected date I want that row to
be disabled.
Has anyone been down this road before. Please point me in the right
direction.
